About

I’ve been a cat person since I was a kid. Growing up just outside Seattle, I begged my parents for a cat for years. When my dad finally gave in, we both discovered the pure joy of having cats in the family. Life was never the same.

I adopted my best friend Ruby in 2020 from the rescue organization Jackie’s PURRfect Match. It was supposed to be a foster-to-adoption trial, but we bonded immediately. (I was Ruby’s fifth home!) At the time, the pandemic was in full swing and I rarely left home. Needless to say, Ruby and I got incredibly attached.

So much so, that once it was safe to travel again, we both found ourselves dealing with serious separation anxiety. Every time I went on a trip, my heart broke a little. I quickly realized that my cat sitter non-negotiables included:

• Clear, reliable communication

• Quality photos

• Calm, positive energy

• Well-rounded experience in cat care

Now, as a cat sitter myself, my goal is to treat every kitty with the same kindness, patience, and love I’d want my own girl Ruby to receive.

A few fun facts about me...

• In December 2024, I left my job as a marketing and creative project manager in the fashion industry. 

(I have a proven track record of keeping things organized!)

• I also work as a part-time home organizer with Neat Method. 

(So you know I’ll keep things clean and tidy…)

• I used to be a travel blogger and photographer.
